Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is searching for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a remote position based in Greece. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and have a strong command of the German language. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible.


Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in German.
  • Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical support.
  • Deliver a high-level customer service experience by addressing customer needs and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Document customer feedback and provide insights for service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and a strong level of proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
