Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a motivated French Speaking Technical Customer Support professional to join our team in a fully remote position based in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service regarding their telecommunication needs.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve diverse technical issues related to telecommunications products.
  • Record detailed documentation of customer interactions and outcomes within our CRM system.
  • Guide customers through technical processes and provide educational support for product use.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and market advancements in the telecommunications industry.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly approach.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setup while contributing to team success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools will be an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a dynamic work environment in Greece.
