Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions efficiently.
  • Record customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and support processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
