Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers primarily in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, working towards first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) as well as English is required.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
