Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with banking inquiries, account management, and transaction-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services to inform and assist clients adequately.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for clarity and future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop and refine your skills continuously.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a banking or financial services environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive approach towards problem-solving and client interactions.
