Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and service knowledge.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
