  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and enhance your customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service skills and a dedication to helping others.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in Athens, Greece.
