  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and exchanges.

  • Stay up to date with current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
