Job description

As a BID Manager at Müller's Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the bid management process for our SAP solutions and services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of high-quality proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and organizational standards. You will work closely with sales teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies that enhance our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the entire bid process, from bid/no-bid decision to submission and post-bid review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that highlight our SAP solutions and services.
  • Research and analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform bid strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all client requirements, including pricing, documentation, and submission formats.
  • Present bid proposals to stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive decisions.
  • Gather feedback and conduct post-submission reviews to continuously improve the bid process.
  • Maintain a repository of bid materials, templates, and best practices for future use.
