Job description

We are looking for a Reports Analyst to support the management team by analyzing data and providing actionable insights. In this role, you will design and generate reports, maintain databases, create trackers, and prepare data visualizations for the Operations Team. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data, this role is for you.

  • Database Maintenance:
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends.
    • Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Reports and Tracker Creation:
    • Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency.
  • Data Visualization:
    • Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analyses.
    • Present findings and insights through clear visualizations and reports.
  • Data Gathering and Analysis:
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Stay informed on industry best practices in reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Workforce Management within the BPO sector.
  • Proficiency in WFM tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
