Description

ActioNet has an opportunity for a Requirements/Reporting Analyst. This role is remote and based in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply industry best practices to create reports, conceptual business models, and assess application software packages.
  • Evaluate operational and functional baselines to define strategy and ensure organizational needs are met.
  • Identify IT deficiencies affecting organizational goals and propose solutions.
  • Develop functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations across departments such as HR, Finance, Supply, and Operations.
  • Participate in strategic assessments, account strategy sessions, and design reviews.
  • Support ERP implementations and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Conduct cloud solutions information gathering and develop reports.
  • Research, analyze, write, manage, or edit content for communication channels and products.
  • Review work products for quality and completeness.
  • Support research, analysis, business process design, requirements gathering, and testing.
  • Assist with training and change management efforts.
  • Prepare draft sections of deliverables and incorporate feedback into final work products.
  • Support non-technical roles essential to project success.
