Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing potential clients, supporting sales efforts, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Familiarity with online advertising and data research is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads and book calls. Efficiently handle the scheduling of meetings with potential clients, ensuring appointments can be booked directly on client calendars during calls with prospects.
    • Consistently set up appointments and maintain communication with leads, with a minimum target of 20 - 25 completed appointments per month.
    • Aim for approximately 500 outreach attempts per month with a target conversion rate of 5%, resulting in about 25 appointments per month.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Engage potential new clients and understand their specific needs.
    • Offer tailored solutions, such as flexible payment options, to address individual client challenges. Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers in targeted industries.
    • Work closely with franchisees to prioritize specific client categories within their regions.
  • Sales Support:
    • Support outbound calling and aggressive sales efforts.
    • Identify potential clients and facilitate lead transfers or meeting bookings. Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) targeting both direct customers (e.g., commercial property managers) and referral partners (e.g., commercial real estate agents).
    • Build relationships that lead to referrals or direct business opportunities.
  • LinkedIn Outreach and Content Posting Support
    • Handle LinkedIn outreach on behalf of the clients, including sending personalized messages, initiating conversations, and conducting drip campaigns.
    • Beyond initial outreach, engage with contacts on platforms
  • Referral Program
    • Manage opportunities for client referrals and oversee referral bonuses or discounts.
  • CRM Management
    • Utilize CRM systems like Go High Level, HubSpot, and Salesforce for tracking leads, client outreach, and appointments.
  • Communication Tools and Call Management
    • Use platforms like Open Phone or RingCentral for handling calls, texts, and voicemails.
    • Ensure continuity in client communication with a dedicated phone number and seamless information transfer to the client as needed.
    • Manage multiple phone calls and respond to callbacks effectively.
    • Enable the client to monitor communication and activity within the phone system.
    • Integrate with the client’s existing phone systems and manage both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Territory-Specific Calls
    • Make calls specific to the client’s territory, tracking and reporting on calls made for different regions.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and sales support.
    • Hands-on experience with Linkedin, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
    • Proficiency in CRM Applications like Go High Level, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
