Job description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global BPO company, partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare Industry. We are seeking a Digital Marketer & Executive Assistant. This is a dual role where 75% of the responsibilities will focus on digital marketing efforts such as content creation, campaign management, and social media growth, and the remaining 25% will involve executive assistant tasks.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings)
  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution (UPS, Solar, Generator) is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Create and post engaging content on social media channels and enhance brand awareness.
  • Oversee and maintain the company’s email marketing initiatives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and administrative tasks as needed by the CEO.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, in a fast-paced working environment.
