Summary

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our team and to support all aspects of Provider recruitment. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. The Recruiting Specialist responsibilities include talent acquisition activities and the establishment and maintenance of company policies and maintenance of updated employee records. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
● Develop and monitor overall Recruitment strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
● Support interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Requirements
● Proven work experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Workday.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
● People oriented and results driven
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases
