Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, flexible within client business hours

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Client Experience

Manage branding and design projects in Asana, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track while creating and managing client portals for streamlined communication and project tracking. Assist with invoicing using Xero.
Coordinate with the team (Creative Director, Brand Strategist, Copywriter, Brand Designer, Website Designer) to keep projects moving. Follow up with team members and clients to prevent delays and resolve issues.
Keep clients informed with regular updates and clear next steps. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth experience.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Marketing & Operations Support

Set up and automate email sequences and booking systems for lead generation.
Build, publish, and optimize landing pages & lead magnets.
Upload and optimize case studies on Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms.
Set up and track the sales funnel & lead conversion Pipeline (from visitor to closed deal).

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or marketing team.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong team player who collaborates well with clients and colleagues.
Strong proficiency in Asana.
Customer service mindset—ensuring clients always feel informed and supported.
Experience with email marketing & automation platforms
Comfortable with landing page builders & marketing tools
