Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Kaysville, UT Time (10PM - 7AM Manila Time)  (inclusive of 1 hour unpaid break)
Monday - Friday
40 paid hours per week
Occasional overtime offered

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize job ad listings across various online platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants based on their qualifications, experience, and alignment with job criteria.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize job offers and employment contracts in line with company policies and client requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry or a strong HR background.
  • Proficiency in major online job platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho, Bamboo HR, BreezyHR, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and best recruitment practices.
  • Experience in conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and other innovative recruiting technologies and tools.
  • Zoho & Bamboo HR Proficiency
