Job description

This is a remote position.

20 hours a week

Mon - Fri Flexible between the hours 7:30 AM - 4 PM Ohio time

Responsibilities

Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for website landing pages using Figma.
Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates.
Develop the company’s brand identity, including logo redesigns, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
Create compelling custom-designed presentations and sales materials.
Willingness to understand the target audience, marketing strategy, and tailor designs accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in graphic design.
Design and produce advertising digital and print collateral.
Ensure consistency in designs across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Provide a portfolio or sample of previous graphic design work (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Proficiency using Figma for online design mock-ups.
Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, LightRoom).
At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
