Job description

This is a remote position.


Role Name: Client Sales and Service Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Malaysia/Singapore hours

Scope

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for private yoga and pilates sessions
    •
  • Oversee client retention and satisfaction for the client database
  • Handle all aspects of customer communication related to group and private sessions
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the private session business segment
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure seamless client-instructor matching
  • Operate remotely, aligning with Malaysia/Singapore business hours

Responsibilities
  • Convert leads from WhatsApp and Google forms into private session bookings
  • Reach out to potential clients, understand their goals, and pair them with appropriate instructors
  • Book private sessions and manage the client database
  • Conduct post-session follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage rebooking
  • Proactively contact clients with low package balances to inspire repurchases
    •
  • Proactively contact clients whose packages have expired to encourage repurchasing
  • Handle general customer service inquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Meet or exceed targets for number of sessions booked
    •

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry
    •
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Google forms for lead management
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Understanding of yoga and pilates principles and benefits
