Key responsabilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle for private yoga and pilates sessions.
Convert leads from WhatsApp and Google forms into private session bookings.
Conduct post-session follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage rebooking.
Handle general customer service inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
