Location: Remote (Fully Remote Firm)
Position: Legal Intern (Litigation / Pre-Litigation)

Position Overview:
We are seeking ambitious, motivated 2L and 3L law students who are eager to gain experience and make a meaningful impact. As a legal intern with CEO Lawyer, you will work closely with our attorneys and staff on both litigation and pre-litigation cases, contributing to the firm’s success while developing your skills in the personal injury legal field. No prior experience is required—just a passion for law, a drive for success, and the desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities may inlcude:

Attend client meetings and assist with case management.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of legal professionals to support ongoing cases.
Participate in the day-to-day operations of the firm and contribute to its growth and success.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research and analysis on case law and statutes relevant to personal injury law.
Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
