They are seeking an innovative and result driven Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our brand and optimise revenue generation streams.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for 2-3 business within the group.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive brand awareness.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Oversee and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
    • Manage content creation, scheduling, and performance analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a small team of +-3 marketing staff, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with company goals.
    • Provide mentorship, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Performance Analytics:
    • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail.
    • Strong expertise in social media marketing, including strategy, content creation, and analytics.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing business marketing strategies.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM software.
    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
