Job Overview: As a Freelance Telesales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting telesales candidates who can effectively communicate iSchool's value to potential customers. Your role will involve managing the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interview processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract telesales candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, sales experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment, preferably in telesales or sales-related hiring.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and assessment skills.
