Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for compliance with community standards and guidelines.
Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content according to established policies.
Provide constructive feedback to users when necessary and escalate serious issues to management appropriately.
Monitor user interactions to spot trends and recurring issues that may impact community engagement.
Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to ensure consistent application of content standards across all platforms.
Stay informed of current platform policies and best practices within the content moderation field.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance overall moderation strategies and effectiveness.

Requirements
