In this essential role, you will be responsible for evaluating and moderating user-generated content across several platforms, ensuring that all content adheres to community guidelines and standards. Your role is crucial in fostering a safe and engaging online environment for our user community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring compliance with established community guidelines.
  • Identify and take appropriate action against inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content according to company policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users when necessary, and escalate any significant issues to management promptly.
  • Monitor user interactions within the community, reporting any trends or recurring issues that may require attention.
  • Collaborate with fellow moderators to ensure consistent application of content standards across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform policies and the latest best practices within the content moderation field.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance overall moderation strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Thai (native or equivalent) and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, digital community management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make sound judgments rapidly.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and current trends in digital content.
  • Capability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in the use of moderation tools and knowledgeable about online safety practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
