Job description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist—Fully Remote

Join a dedicated professional team committed to transforming lives through comprehensive theraphy and mental health treatment. This role focuses on providing evidence-based care in a virtual setting, providing the flexibility of remote work. We support our team by managing credentialing and handling all administrative duties, so clinicians can focus on what matters most—providing quality therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose clients based on individual needs.
  • Provide weekly therapy to clients, tailored to their unique goals and requirements.
  • Maintain client records and complete all clinical documentation within the practice’s timelines.
  • Document all client communications and any communications on behalf of the client.
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.
  • Facilitate therapy groups and participate in community outreach as opportunities arise.
  • Continuously assess clients' needs and adjust availability as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to support clients and the practice.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Must be licensed to practice in Nevada (LMFT,LCPC,LCSW, limited permit, or licensed clinical psychologist)
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ability to work fully remotely with a secure, private workspace
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
