Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote therapy sessions via a secure platform.
• Use evidence-based techniques to support client treatment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs.
• Encourage self-awareness and personal growth in clients.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Three years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms for counseling.
