We have an opening for a Financial Analyst. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in the United States. If you have 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting roles, we are interested in speaking with you.

Our ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for numbers and is a quick learner with a dynamic personality.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
Bookkeeping and accounts reconciliation.
AP/AR
Billing cycle management, reconciliation of invoices, and identifying discrepancies.
Creation of reports.
Planning and tracking projects within the organization.
Promptly answering questions from staff.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST)

Being able to work in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Passion for learning
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated
Attention to detail

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Advanced use of Excel, including pivot tables
Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP, Xero)
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
