Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview of Telapsychiatry LLC


We are a virtual based telepsychiatry practice operating in several states, including Arizona, California, Florida , Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington State. We are physician led and we are comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric physician assistants and nurse practitioners. We are looking to add a therapist to provide therapy services to our client base. The clinic will be focused on a patient population with mainly depression and anxiety with commercial insurance.


The therapist would be working as a 1099 independent contractor, and would be paid 66 % of collections. You can choose to do entirely cash pay or we can credential you with select insurances if you desire.


Responsibilities


  • Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with each client
  • Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families/guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel







Requirements
  • Master's or other graduate degrees majoring in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage, and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Texas.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate mental stability and model appropriate boundaries
  • Timely and accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required
