Marketing & Digital Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing, digital communications, or content management, preferably in a mission-driven or educational organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media studies, communications, public relations, or a related field. Email & Course Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and Kajabi, with the ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns and digital courses. Software & Tool Expertise: Required proficiency in Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Kajabi, Canva, Jotform, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets, with preferred familiarity with Hootsuite for social media management. Video & Graphic Editing Skills: Basic-to-intermediate experience with video editing for marketing purposes, as well as proficiency in design software to enhance branding and content. WordPress & Web Design Knowledge: Understanding of WordPress and web design principles to assist in refining the website’s structure, layout, and visual appeal. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Core responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Campaign Management: Execute email campaigns through Mailchimp, ensuring engaging, hope-driven messaging that aligns with brand initiatives. Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion. Course Management & Content Updates: Assist in managing and updating online courses on Kajabi, ensuring seamless user experience, accurate content delivery, and brand consistency. Social Media Coordination: Support content creation, scheduling, and engagement across key platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.), reinforcing the company’s mission to teach and spread hope globally. Web & Digital Design Support: Assist with WordPress site updates, content uploads, and visual layout improvements to ensure a cohesive and inspiring online presence. Book & Resource Design & Editing: Support in designing and editing books, guides, and other educational resources to maintain high-quality branding and accessibility for diverse audiences. Admin & Workflow Management: Use Jotform and other tools to streamline administrative tasks, track inquiries, manage partnerships, and ensure smooth operations for marketing initiatives.
