BlueSnap is looking for an Onboarding Operations Analyst who will board merchants to our Acquiring Banks and non-Card Payment Networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Board merchants to our Banks and provide support for any issues related to Bank boarding
  • Identify and resolve problems and possible delays in a timely manner, both internally and with our Banks
  • Provides timely and accurate information/communication to all internal teams and customers
  • Provides appropriate feedback regarding escalated concerns
  • Assist in maintaining all Bank boarding procedures and suggesting improvements to the process
  • Co-ordinate with team members and internal teams to work on boarding requests within the SLAs


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and all other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in data analysis and data entry
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks/projects during the workday 
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure 
  • Excellent oral anbd written communicator 
  • Ability to follow complex instructions in order to onboard merchants correctly
  • Additional experience that is valued but not required:  Salesforce, Oracle BIIEE, Zendesk, payments, fintech, data entry or compliance
