Your Role and Impact 

HYPR, The Identity Assurance Company, is seeking a solution driven, deployment focused, Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll be a critical part of our Solution Architecture team and responsible for managing SaaS Deployment projects.

This role requires a multifaceted individual who can ensure successful deployments in production environments enabling our customers for adoption. The role demands an objective oriented specialist that understands what it means to deploy smoothly across complex and shifting environments. HYPR offers the chance to work with a variety of stakeholders and determine mutual success, which enables the chance for tremendous growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that HYPR is successfully deployed through a project plan, leading to the enablement of adoption
  • Requires an expert at gaining consensus, setting expectations, evaluating resources, and defining boundaries that are agreed to, monitored and supported
  • Driving measured success is paramount in delivering enterprise-grade solutions on time and within budget
  • Project management of Customer Expansion and Service Additions, including planning and delivery management.
  • Coordination and  management of Maintenance and Upgrade projects including, planning and delivery management

Required qualifications

  • 3-5+ Years managing technical projects with external, enterprise customers, ideally in a professional service capacity
  • 3-5+ Years of experience with cloud, on-prem, hybrid software based technical projects
  • Experience with work and project management tools and proven ability to maintain projects in a given tool
  • Knowledge of specific industry project management and delivery methodologies for software (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, agile/scrum, and/or software SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate customer teams and manage customer deployment projects and issues
  • Must have experience in driving visibility of technical projects through internal reports or dashboards
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills for both customer-facing and internal communications
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative communication environments with both internal and external teams is critical.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (USD)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
