Position Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Power BI Dashboard Engineer to join our team in Argentina.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI
Optimize report performance and ensure data quality
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions
Integrate and model data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, etc.)
Implement best practices in data visualization and governance
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to improve data access and utilization
Present key insights to business users and US-based clients

Workplace: Remote, Latin America

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience developing dashboards with Power BI
Advanced English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently with global teams)
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience integrating data from diverse sources (SQL Server, APIs, flat files, etc.)
Understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance
Analytical skills to translate business requirements into BI solutions
Experience working in agile and collaborative environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
