Digital Project Manager/Account Manager (Contract)

What you'll do:

We are looking for a Freelance Digital Project Manager with experience of eCRM, to work with clients and technical delivery teams to manage complex digital projects that achieve business results within time and budget. The contract will be immediate until the end of May.

• Act as bridge between global HQ and market teams on all things eCRM
• Conducting market calls, co-ordination of reports, and updates
• Stakeholder management with global team and their management - as well as linking into broader digital orchestration scope
• Briefing agency subject matter experts and other delivery teams

What you'll bring:

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a similar role for a marketing or digital agency company
• Experience with eCommerce
• Experience with the tobacco industry is preferred
