This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 20 hours a week, anytime between 8am and 6pm M-F

About the Role

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to assist with various high-impact projects across technology, media, and venture capital initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a seasoned industry leader, gain hands-on experience in project execution, and develop skills in business strategy, content development, and digital infrastructure.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Deck Creation: Develop compelling presentations, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Website Development: Assist in building and maintaining professional websites using platforms like WordPress, ShowIt, Webflow, or other relevant tools.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct industry research, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Assist in administrative and strategic tasks, helping streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
  • CRM management through HubSpot and Airtable
  • Content creation: Craft compelling content for LinkedIn and Substack rooted in venture capital and influencer marketing topics

Requirements
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content for various business and marketing purposes.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with website development platforms, digital tools, and content management systems.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visually appealing presentations and structured plans.
  • Interest in Venture Capital: Eagerness to learn about startups, investment strategies, and business growth.
  • Interest in the creator economy and influencer marketing
  • Highly Organized & Self-Driven: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Notion and Airtable) and other digital productivity tools.
