Job description

Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities
World Investment Advisors, the financial services division of World Insurance, is a forward-thinking company dedicated to driving business growth through data-driven insights. Our team is committed to leveraging the power of data to enhance customer experiences, optimize marketing and sales efforts, and foster cross-functional collaboration. We are currently seeking a skilled Data Management and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team.


Data Management and Enrichment:
  • Collect, clean, and enrich data to improve customer insights and support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Perform regular data audits to maintain data quality and implement data hygiene best practices.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, and PowerBI for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Reporting and Visualization:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales teams.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and ensure accurate data delivery.
CRM and Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Analytical and Project Management Skills:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Use data insights to propose and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee multiple data-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data integrity management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $60,000-$70,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The firm also has a bonus program.
