The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for growing and strengthening long-term relationships with a portfolio of 90+ strategic allies, ensuring sustainable and mutual business growth. By deeply understanding partner needs, market trends, and data-driven insights, the KAM will design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and value creation.
Increase SMB’s GMV by 30% YoY
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow GMV
Identify and leverage key opportunities to drive growth across assigned accounts.
Regularly track and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Expand Addi Share (SMB’s SoW):
Increase the SoW (share of wallet) of assigned SMBs to meet average according to channels and verticals products.
Identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive Addi’s penetration.
Optimize Account Management Processes:
Implement efficient account management processes such as communications on a scale level, personal meetings with partners and documentation of good practices with that enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Develop and execute comprehensive initiatives for his portfolio and the MBs overall portfolio, outlining clear objectives, strategies, and KPIs.
Utilize analytical skills to track performance, identify trends, and adjust plans to optimize results.
Proven experience and commercial background
2-3 years of experience in commercial roles, key account management, growth, sales and/or partnerships.
Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of SMB clients

Ability to thrive in organized chaos. Possess a proven track record of excelling in fast-changing, low-direction settings, demonstrating the ability to pivot as needed. Capable of balancing day-to-day results with long-term planning and strategy.
Ability to move quick and change iterations when things are going wrong in the fast paced landscape of MBs.
