helloassist is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist (REMOTE - Work From Home) who will be key in managing, optimizing, and executing our Facebook advertising campaigns. You will use your expertise to drive engagement, increase conversions, and maximize ROI by leveraging the power of Facebook's advertising platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, creative strategy, and analytics. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our business goals and deliver measurable results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to meet business objectives, from lead generation to increasing brand awareness.
  • Develop engaging ad copy and coordinate with designers to create visually appealing Facebook ads that align with the campaign's goals.
  • Set up and track Facebook Pixel for precise data collection and reporting.
  • Compile and analyze Facebook Ads Manager data to monitor performance and recommend necessary adjustments to improve results.
  • Track and manage advertising budgets for Facebook campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spend while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with Facebook ad strategies and overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with Facebook’s latest tools, features, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market research to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge on Facebook.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other Facebook advertising tools.
  • Experience in lead generation and retargeting strategies on Facebook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.
