This is a remote position.

What you should be doing:

Teaching the module "Algorithms and Data Structure" as a part of the “Data Analysis” course, 6 hours per week.
Lessons are conducted in Russian language, in groups of 10-20 people;
Testing students and evaluating their tests;
Checking homework;
Participation in school events (master classes, open lessons, etc.);
Maintaining the relevance of the course together with the educational department;

Requirements

Understanding of the basic principles of data analysis and the use of Python and SQL for data processing and extraction;
Experience working with databases and writing efficient SQL queries to retrieve data;
Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, MongoDB (nested queries, window functions, CTE);
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse;
Knowledge of other data analytics tools and libraries such as Jupyter Notebook, scikit-learn, and others.
Knowledge of popular Python libraries for data analysis such as Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib.
In-depth knowledge of basic algorithmic concepts including Big-O notation, recursion, sorting and searching.
Hands-on experience in implementing algorithms.
Teaching or mentoring experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts and technical terms in a clear and understandable manner.
