We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at AMFM Healthcare to extend our services to those in Fishline. The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients within the Fishline agency. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that support clients in achieving their recovery goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Fishline Case Managers and the AMFM team will execute a Release of Information (ROI) to facilitate the exchange of essential client care data. Upon execution of the ROI, the Fishline Receptionist will facilitate scheduling and referral appointments for the AMFM Therapist.
Data pertaining to Fishline client outcomes and sessions completed by the AMFM Therapist shall be provided, adhering to a reasonable schedule and documentation requirements as requested by Fishline.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirement: Masters degree or higher in a relevant course of study at an accredited university.
Acceptable Credentials (Minimum) - Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Mental Health Counselor. Fully licensed preferred. Must be in Washington State.
Hands-on experience in Groups (process, psycho educational, and topic), Family Therapy, Individual Therapy (wide range of modalities accepted), and working with clients with addiction issues.

Successful completion of Criminal Background Checks through DSS LiveScan DOJ Fingerprint, in addition to passing the ADP Selective Screening Services background check.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Conduct clinical evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, client diagnosis, and interpretive summary. Prepare person-centered treatment plans, case management, consultation, education, and referral as needed.
Provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups and families as needed.
Facilitate individual psychotherapy sessions and group therapy.
Provide services in accordance to organization’s policies and procedures and established Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards as well as within the scope of practice of the therapist.
Evaluate the individual and family systems as well as assess clients functioning within work, family, and routines of daily living and identify areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment in order to assist clients.
Maintain Electronic Health Records to reflect the course of treatment and provide required documentation.
Prepare pre-certification/authorization information to insurance utilization review team and subsequent concurrent review (continued stay) clinical reports per medical necessity criteria.
Provide emergency crisis services during work hours and after hours as assigned.
Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, training, and other activities, which ensure effective and efficient functioning of clinical operations.
Adhere to organizational standards and policies and procedures, code of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice, professional standards, duty to warn, abuse and neglect reporting policies and procedures and exercise professionalism at all times.
