At Strada, we believe a company’s success starts with its people. We are looking for a strong admin focused individual to join our Bid management team based virtually. Our bid management team support our sales and solutions teams globally across various markets and technologies.

We are looking for a highly organized administrator who has solid experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, full training on our internal systems will be provided. These are Loopio and Salesforce. We work in a fast-paced environment so you must be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail. You will be working with technology-based and company material and there will be an expectation to take part in learning sessions to build your knowledge to support our proposals.

Responsibilities will include administration support when needed, completion of company questionnaires (via Loopio and internal SharePoint) and managing the administration of the reference process. You will learn and support the sales process we follow, bid procedures and governance processes.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Global head of Bid Management and the wider bid team with ad hoc requests
  • Responding to internal and external company questionnaire requests from the proposal team using Loopio and managing validation with wider stakeholders in the business
  • Updating portal sites with company information to ensure they are up to date
  • Managing the administration of the reference process via Salesforce and PowerBI and responding to internal reference requests, identifying and providing possible matches depend on the request.
  • Administration support to aligned live proposal opportunities to include, but not limited to:
    • Creation of the opportunity folder in SharePoint
    • Supporting the creation of documents in Loopio
    • Creation of word/excel templates and general admin supporting new opportunities
    • First draft completion of company, security, compliance and solution material for validation by the opportunity lead
    • Creation of print set up on public sector bids through an external company Mimeo when needed
Continuous Improvement
  • Be an active member of the Bid team within internal meetings and learning opportunities
  • Attend global masterclasses to gain knowledge and grow with Strada
  • Be an active member of process improvement projects, pro-actively highlighting where improvements could be made and suggesting learning opportunities for  the team to build on their experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Technical Proficiencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal  stakeholders
  • Strong technical competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (training will be given on other systems particularly SFDC, Loopio and PowerBi)
  • Capable of mastering and reacting to the pace of the business, quick thinker and implementer with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to on-time delivery
  • Comfortable in a deadline driven atmosphere.
