We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Management Lead to join our team and lead our clients' HR transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees to facilitate change.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in client projects.
  • Join sales calls with clients to support business development and provide expertise on change management solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on HR and payroll systems.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
