Banking Compliance Officer

We are looking for an experienced Banking Compliance Officer to strengthen the financial operations.

In this role you will be instrumental in securing and managing banking solutions for high-risk companies. This role involves working with international financial institutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating seamless banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Register and manage corporate entities across various jurisdictions, handling all necessary legal documentation.
• Establish and maintain corporate bank accounts, acting as the main point of contact for banks and payment providers.
• Conduct KYC/AML procedures and ensure compliance with international banking regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates, respond to banking requests, and ensure all operations align with global compliance standards.
• Draft, review, and advise on corporate and financial agreements, supporting international business operations and internal audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international law, corporate compliance, or banking. Experience in iGaming / gambling niche would be a plus.
• Languages proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with experience drafting professional correspondence; Native/Fluent level of Ukrainian / Russian languages.
• Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global corporate law and banking regulations.
  
• Previous experience working with international banks or payment institutions is a plus.
