Job description

Administrative & Compliance Support
• Maintain and update compliance records, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports, audit documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Manage document control, including tracking approvals, version control, and filing compliance-related documents.
• Support incident management processes by recording, tracking, and following up on actions.
• Assist in maintaining registers for restrictive practices, WHS incidents, and other compliance-related matters.

Desktop Audits & Reporting
• Conduct regular desktop audits to monitor adherence to compliance requirements.
• Analyse compliance trends, incidents, and audit findings to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc compliance reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support decision-making.
• Monitor key compliance indicators and escalate concerns to the Participant Excellence and Compliance Manager as needed.

Policy & Process Management
• Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and compliance checklists.
• Support internal training initiatives by preparing materials and tracking staff participation.
• Maintain records of staff compliance with training, certifications, and background checks.
• Track and follow up on action items from audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.

General Compliance & Risk Support
• Respond to basic compliance-related inquiries from internal teams.
• Support the resolution of minor compliance issues by providing relevant documentation and guidance.
• Assist in the management of compliance-related registers, ensuring they are up to date.
• Help with the coordination of compliance-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.
