Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for talent management? Join Clario's global HR team as a Talent Management Business Partner and lead our global talent management processes. In this role, you will drive performance management, developmental initiatives, and engagement surveys, collaborating with various teams to elevate our talent management processes and embed Diversity & Inclusion throughout our Performance and Development processes.

What You’ll Do

Lead on performance and manage all Talent Management processes globally, playing a key role in managing communication, training, stakeholder relationships and education across the business to continuously enhance and elevate our Global Talent approach.

  • Shape and deliver a seamless end-to-end global performance management cycle, including Objective-Setting, Mid-Year Reviews, and Year-End (including Calibration).

  • Refine, plan, and run Talent Management developmental initiatives such as competencies, Talent Review, and Succession planning.

  • Be the platform and subject matter expert on the delivery of engagement and life cycle surveys, acting as a super user of the survey platform.

  • Project manage and support HRBPs to drive engagement survey action planning through the business.

  • Partner with the Reward Team to ensure alignment on the Year-End Review and Merit Process.

  • Collaborate with the HRIS Team to test and lead on talent management processes in Workday to elevate and enhance the quality of processes.

  • Partner and collaborate with HRBPs, ensuring they are trained and equipped to support managers through all Talent Management activities successfully.

  • Project manage changes to Talent Management processes, identifying and making recommendations to mitigate any risks identified.

  • Support in elevating leadership capabilities by collaborating with Learning Development to develop tools and resources to equip line managers in having meaningful performance and development conversations.

  • Create and deliver impactful communications, training, and support resources (including LMS and Intranet) for colleagues and people managers.

  • Develop and report trends on talent metrics, such as completion, distribution of ratings, demographics, and quality.

  • Embed Diversity & Inclusion and our Leadership Standards throughout Performance and Development processes.

What We Look For

  • Demonstratable data analysis, project management, and organizational skills

  • Experience in global communication, collaboration, and process improvement

  • Evidential ability in Microsoft Office

  • A passion for developing talent and driving engagement
