Role overview


We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager, to join our high-performing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute high-impact growth strategies aimed at achieving our ambitious business targets. An experienced strategic marketer, you will take our demand generation engine to the next level by driving measurable impact on awareness, consideration, acquisition, and conversion.

As a key player in the marketing team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. You will bring strong analytical skills, agility, and a customer-focused mindset to drive success across a variety of channels, on- and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns with precise metrics, goals, targeting, and tactics. Channels include paid search (SEM), organic search (SEO), email, social, events, content, and more.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize growth programs to improve performance, enhance conversion, and deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to communicate a unified value proposition across campaigns and ensure that tactics are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present and collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on campaign performance and alignment with business growth.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring they are in line with our brand and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to define target audience segments, identify growth opportunities, and refine campaign messaging.
  • Lead Nurturing: In partnership with Customer Marketing and Sales, implement lead scoring and nurture strategies that move prospects through the funnel and drive high-quality pipeline growth.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility into the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in demand generation / growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally with experience in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing) and demand generation best practices.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads (MQLs, SQLs) and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Significant experience in marketing technology (martech) including Google tools (Analytics, Search Console), paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Understanding of marketing automation and email tools (i.e., Pardot) a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft reporting, interpret data and make data-driven strategy decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, tech, or SaaS company a plus. Knowledge of B2B customer behavior is also a plus.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and identify new opportunities for demand generation.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage complex campaigns without losing sight of quality.
