ROLE SUMMARY
The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across US Commercial Division. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space with the recent launch of HYMPAVZI in Hemophilia A and B and requires a cohesive presence and continued demonstration of Pfizer’s commitment to the hemophilia community.
The Hemophilia Thought Leader Engagement Liaison (H-TLEL) will play a critical role by developing and supporting the development and execution of a best in class thought leader engagement plan for our Hemophilia portfolio. This individual will create a first-class experience for Hemophilia external stakeholders advising and engaging with Pfizer’s Hemophilia team. H-TLELs will be responsible for: establishing relationships; gathering insights on treatment patterns and habits; informing the development and execution of HCP and Patient commercial strategies/tactics; leading and supporting market planning for activities focused on the unique Hemophilia challenges of the local market or region. This role will partner closely with the Hemophilia HCP Marketing and Consumer Leads, Hemophilia National and Regional Sales Directors, Medical, Market Access and Patient Affairs.
This role will report to Hematology TLEL Lead.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hemophilia market, demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with Thought Leaders and Internal Pfizer customers. Analyze strategic data and create a business plan, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
