Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support in the retail environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Investigate and analyze alerts using tools such as Splunk.

  • Manage and investigate incidents and alerts, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Continuous support in monitoring processes related to the supply chain.

  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce error margins.

  • Ensure system availability and performance, collaborating closely with the infrastructure and development teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) in environments such as Oracle.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL as a database language.

  • Experience with monitoring and analysis tools like Postman and Splunk.

  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

  • Experience with defect triage and prioritizing issues for resolution.

  • Performance monitoring using Splunk to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Ability to efficiently investigate and manage alerts.
