Provide operational support in the retail environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Investigate and analyze alerts using tools such as Splunk.
Manage and investigate incidents and alerts, providing quick and effective solutions.
Continuous support in monitoring processes related to the supply chain.
Automate operational tasks using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce error margins.
Ensure system availability and performance, collaborating closely with the infrastructure and development teams.
Qualifications:
Experience working with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) in environments such as Oracle.
Strong knowledge of SQL as a database language.
Experience with monitoring and analysis tools like Postman and Splunk.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with defect triage and prioritizing issues for resolution.
Performance monitoring using Splunk to ensure optimal system performance.
Ability to efficiently investigate and manage alerts.
