We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. As a Solution Architect, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design and deploy automation frameworks, and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Leading the design and architecture of complex Agentic Process Automation solutions, focusing on incorporating Generative AI technologies. Develop/Code if required.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align automation strategies with organizational goals.

• Developing high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, security standards, and technical ownership of end-to-end engagement.

• Integrating Generative AI capabilities into Agentic Process Automation solutions to enhance customer deliverables, decision-making, learning, and adaptive automation processes.

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to Agentic Process Automation development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conducting feasibility studies and assessing Generative AI algorithms' applicability to optimize automation outcomes.

• Staying abreast of emerging technologies, especially in Generative AI, and evaluating their potential impact on Agentic Process Automation strategies.

• Adapting and having flexibility concerning technologies, work environment, and work timing as we work with domestic or global customers.

• Ability to accurately estimate project efforts and timelines during project initiation with appropriate risk, dependency, and constraints.

You will be a great fit if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an Agentic Process Automation Solution Architect, strongly emphasizing integrating Generative AI into automation solutions.

• Expertise in at least one Agentic Process Automation tool, such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism, coupled with proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).

• Knowledge and understanding of Generative AI techniques, including deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.

• Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.

• Experience designing and implementing scalable, optimized, and secure Agentic Process Automation solutions for enterprise-level applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $185,000 to $200,000 a year, and outside of those locations, it is $175,000 to $190,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.  This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
