About the Opportunity

Ting Internet is seeking a driven and self-motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in Culver City. This role is focused on proactive outreach, prospecting, and building strong relationships to drive new business growth. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and are eager to grow their careers through persistence and results. Key Responsibilities:
  • 100% outbound sales – Cold prospecting is the core of this role.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential customers through relentless prospecting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, property managers, and community leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to contract close.
  • Clearly communicate Ting’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
Requirements:
  • MUST live in Culver City, CA or the immediate surrounding area due to the nature of this role and business related in territory travel .
  • Proven track record in a hunter-style sales role with a focus on cold outreach and new business generation.
  • Fearless approach to prospecting – comfortable making 100+ touches per day (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to secure meetings.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain highly motivated in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in telecom, internet services, or B2B sales is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$69,000k, plus applicable commission. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
