Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and implement business process solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Desirable:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
