Estimated Salary: (levels have variable skills and qualifications)
- Business Systems Analyst II: $63,000 - $73,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $75,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Create documentation throughout the project development lifecycle including, assisting in gathering and analyzing requirements and assisting with development of solutions.
Create documentation throughout the project development lifecycle, including capturing process flows, documenting system information, taking concise meeting notes, assisting in gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting the development of solutions.
Build your understanding of the department’s business processes, compliance, and workflows and apply that knowledge to your daily activities. May include reporting and production support.
Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts, and performs manual or automated testing for enhancements, upgrades and on-going maintenance to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met.
Communicate and present information effectively, both through written communications and verbally.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

PREFERRED:

Proficiency in automated testing frameworks with ability to design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for APIs to enhance test coverage, streamline validation, and improve software quality and reliability.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger for validating functionality, performance, and security.
Prior experience working in the insurance industry.
